The SHARPAL 191H can sharpen all kinds of knives and scissors, except single-beveled edge knives and ceramic knives. It can handle a wide range of household/kitchen straight-edge knives, outdoor/sporting straight-edge knives, serrated knives, and scissors.

The suction cup switch allows for easy attachment and detachment from the table, and the sharpening process is straightforward. For standard knives, use the No. 1 V-shaped carbide groove; for scissors, ensure the beveled side of the blade is fully leaned against the carbide blade and draw the scissors from hinge to tip; and for serrated knives, use the No. 2 CERAMIC slot only.
